AINetProfit Software License Agreement

1. Introduction

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Ouslan, Inc. ("Licensor") for the use of the AINetProfit software ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

Ouslan, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. This license is perpetual for the version purchased and does not include rights to future updates or upgrades unless explicitly provided.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Ouslan, Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. You own the physical media on which the Software is recorded but not the Software itself.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The Software incorporates artificial intelligence technologies, including but not limited to machine learning and neural networks. These features are intended to assist with accounting tasks but may not always produce accurate or reliable results. Ouslan, Inc. makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs and is not responsible for any decisions made based on such outputs.

6. Data Privacy and Storage

All financial data entered into the Software is stored locally on your computer. The Software does not transmit your data to Ouslan, Inc. or any third parties. It is your responsibility to maintain the security and backup of your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ouslan, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. This limitation applies even if Ouslan, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ouslan, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This Agreement will also terminate immediately without notice from Ouslan, Inc. if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ouslan, Inc. concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
